Here at face pop culture we take great care in photographing, describing, storing, packing and shipping our items so our customers receive exactly what they are expecting. We are serious collectors ourself of some 14 years and understand the importance of box and item condition. Honesty is our mission statement and we have taken great pride in proving this is in our 8 years of pop culture trading. If for any reason we violate this credo to you our customers, we will make ammends in a fair, timely and reasonable fashion.
Face pop culture will only accept refunds or exchange goods if we are notified within 7 days of you receiving your item at your nominated delivery address. Refunds will only be issued for damaged or malfunctional defects, we accept no liabilty for the handling of your item once we post it. We recommend the use of postal insurance for fragile and delicate items and will do all we can to facilitate the insurance process should the worst happen.
Items marked as dented or damaged are sold as described and are not eligable for refund or exchange under any circumstances. The working condition of certain items is also not guaranteed - they are sold as collectable items and we can not remove them from their boxes to test their working condition. These conditions will be clearly outlined in the product descriptions of all items this applies to - if you are unsure please contact us before purchasing.
Upon us receiving notification of damage or manufacturing defect, we will request photographic evidence of the parcel and the product that has the issue. We will review the information and photo provided and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your refund options in relation to the issue.
Face pop culture will only issue refunds or exchange items if the defective item is returned to us in exactly the same condition it was received in by the customer.
Refunds will only be issued for the item price at the time of sale. Shipping costs to and from are to be covered by the buyer - in extreme cases of item defect we may negotiate this policy further.
